Request Account Deletion
Maid2Clean Cleaner Portal is the app and web portal for cleaners.
This page applies only to your Cleaner Portal account - not to other Maid2Clean or franchise systems.
How to Request Deletion
- Complete the form using the email address and details that you registered your Cleaner Portal account with
- Enter your National Insurance number so we can verify your identity
- Tick the confirmation box, then submit. Your details will then be verified and an account deletion request will be raised
Privacy Notice and Your Cleaner Portal Data
Maid2Clean’s general privacy statement (how personal data is used, shared and kept) is published here:

- Cleaner Portal Data: your portal login, profile and preferences for this app/website, and your ability to sign in to the Cleaner Portal will be removed. Records of actions you have taken through the portal (such as requesting or rejecting jobs, submitting holiday or absence, and changing your status), together with financial data, will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Notice. You can request your self-logged financial data at any time during the retention period.
- May still be held (outside this portal): your local Maid2Clean franchisee office (or processors they appoint) may continue to hold wider records where the law requires or permits - for example recruitment, registration and contract (with the franchisee), tax where relevant, right to work, DBS, and other statutory purposes. That processing is separate from removing your Cleaner Portal account. We may also need to retain or share information to meet a legal obligation or protect rights and safety, as described in the notice.
